I got my prestigious start in real estate in 2005 selling townhomes that hadn’t been built yet out of a trailer on a dirt lot in Roseland. I not only sold out every single unit in the development but netted eight-figure sales that year, officially becoming hooked on real estate. Fast-forward to over a decade later, hundreds of completed transactions, $170M in career sales, and I’ve reinvented my personal mission into more than just being a successful broker, but to becoming the area’s premier resource in providing unmatched services and information for our real estate clients. I’m a Notre Dame alumnus and walk-on football player under the legendary Ara Parseghian. A veteran agent, I work with buyers across Michiana and bring an unmatched level of familiarity and insight of the Notre Dame walkable housing market.

The former owner of Flourish Boutique and current owner of Designed to Flourish, I provide design consultations and staging options to our clients through our exclusive partnership with The Steve Smith Team.
Media & Marketing Director
A 12 year veteran of the real estate industry, professional photographer, and graphic designer, I use that experience to inform the campaigns we use to generate exposure and interest in our clients’ listings.
MEET OUR TRANSACTION PROCESSORS
At Meridian Title I worked to prepare closing statements and review all the crucial details that go into a real estate transaction. Now I bring that same attention to detail and knowledge to our clients to take even the most difficult deals to the finish line.
Once a purchase agreement has been signed I work with our buyers and sellers to cover every detail and move each deal toward a smooth closing by interfacing with inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and our trusted vendors regularly.
In addition to guiding pending files to a smooth closing, I also administer our pre-inspection program for sellers, bringing a degree of certainty to the sale process and uncovering potential deal killing condition issues while there is time to correct them.
MEET OUR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
I’m the team member who will assist in compiling all the necessary documents in order to list your home for sale or utilize our microfinance program, while also ensuring each MLS listing has the most accurate information available.
My job with The Steve Smith Team is to keep our office running like a well-oiled machine. When opportunities to better serve our clients presents itself, I find the best solutions possible so that we can provide the best client experience.
A summa cum laude accounting graduate from Ivy Tech, I handle accounts payable and accounts receivable for both the Steve Smith Team and Irish Realty. I also manage the Irish Realty escrow account where earnest money is kept in trust.
My job is to make sure that important and time-sensitive tasks don’t fall through the cracks when our team gets busy. I’m on call to ensure that documents are delivered, key boxes are installed, media is processed, and our clients are served.
